Conducted surveys with over 200 participants to identify pain points in current social platforms and the interviews revealed a lack of focus on authenticity and challenges in transitioning to real-life interactions.

Created detailed user personas and empathy maps to represent diverse user needs and goals and identified key user needs such as meaningful connections, diverse communities, and easy event organization.
Ideation Phase:

Developed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes showcasing the core functionalities while also designing onboarding flows and interactive features to enhance usability.
